You have a small chance of not getting zombified if you get biiten. It's pretty rare, but you still have this small chance.

Its something like 94% chance of infection, I think.

Do I get notification whether I got infected or not ?

Not really. You'll get cues if your starts getting sick and panicking. The real kicker is when your character starts losing health, even you have no injuries.

To your original question, no. There's no official cure for the infection and never will be. You can get a mod or turn off the infection.

A while ago some modder on these forums claimed that you can't survive bites at all. He said he looked it up in the games files where it said very clear that a bite is always fatal.

That being said: in my hundreds of hours playing this game I have yet to survive a bite.

Honestly, I think you can't survive them and since no dev ever comments on this matter, i assume they might want people to continue to believe that you can survive a bite ;D

I have over 1000 hours in the game and I have survived a total of 3 bites. But I have been killed by many, many more.
It's also possible to "survive" the zombie plauge, but it's a lot of work.

How do you survive ?XD Is it when you kill all the zombies ?

with hydrocraft you can use the Inject yourself with zombie blood recipie to push back the zombification symptoms, so you can continue to live forever off of zombie blood by continuing to inject yourself whenever your zombification symptoms re-appear

You don't need hydrocraft to survive the zombie plague. All you need is food, and keep the well fed moodle up, you will never loose health. And when you sleep, you heal any lost health back.

I survived so long, my bite actually healed. I went a little over a month until I got bored with eating all the time.

That might be tricky I havent figured out how to cook after electricity is gone and my character eats like a piggy ;p

You can just turn it off in Sandbox mode if you want.
